Description: this is an exhibition print produced for Kabuki Za, Tokyo's premier kabuki theater which opened in 1889. This shows a portrait of actor Shinshukawa Nakajima done in a pictorialism style.

Very good with minute silvering in top corner margins. Print is double mounted on both paper and board.
